trike independent rear suspension conversions

C. custom fabricationHere are some examples of our trike conversions using our new bolt on independent rear end for 883 and 1200 sportsters. this rear end is easily modified to suite any bike weather chain. elt or shaft drive. see pictures to see the quality of work. The construction is 8mm mild steel laser cut panels all tig welded to form top and bottom wishbones and wishbone and shock carrier plates. all joined together with 25mm stainless steel joiner bars which also hold adjustable diff unit. the axle unit is bolted through swing arm pivot using original bolt and two laser cut plates to mount to top shock mounts. with the option to have the hand break on either left or right hand side. all doner parts are vauxhall (brakes. shafts. iff). unit is powder coated gloss black. earings. brake discs and pads are all new and hoses are braided. the cost of this conversion is ?3500 fitted and will be weighed and have MOT ready for you to register with DVLA as bolt on kit.
