Description

Firstly photos will follow on monday due to a camera issue!Ok so what we have is basically most of the major parts of a ZB31 plunger frame BSA. I bought this in France as a project with the intention of locating the missing parts but I have decided to downsize my projects collection. I could sell everything individually but I feel it is not that bigger job to complete it and put it back on the road! The frame looks good and straight with a clear number and a pair of complete plungers however someone has welded a bracket on to the front down tube which will need to be removed. Correct fork yokes. egs. ubes and shrouds etc which all look in good nick. Complete front wheel and brake plate assembly. Rear crinkle hub ( minus bearings) with correct sprocket. rake plate assembly and spindle. Very nice inner primary chaincase. Very nice non dented non rusty toolbox and a very sound non dented original petrol tank which will need rechroming but should require the minimum of prep work first. Center stand. earbox mounting plates. omplete gearbox and kickstart. Front mudguard which is not rusty but has a few dents and the front right hand tip has road rash and the fixation brackets are bent. The engine is stamped BB31 and is complete an unmolested and has no broken fins and comes complete with the magdyno which is missing the points assembly. I dont have any paperwork for the bike but I will provide a receipt. All this stuff can be collected from North Cornwall around the 7th/8th of feb or I may be able to deliver between Dover to Oxford to Cornwall or possibly other areas for a bit of diesel money!Payment cash on collection or on delivery. No paypal on this item please!Any questions except will I end the auction early please send me a mail.

Please note this bike is actually a 1954 BB31 plunger not ZB31. While taking the pictures of all this stuff I realise I have included the wrong engine as I actually have a correct set of engine casings that belong to this frame and which are stamped BB31 6830 so also from 1954. I will leave the auction to run as it is with the option that the winner gets first offer on the other set of engine casings at extra cost of course.
