1985 HB Suzuki RG250 YamaGamma Yamaha RD350 hybrid special project YPVS

I am reluctantly selling my YamaGamma. Built from a MkII 1985 Suzuki RG250 HB Model. with an RD350 YPVS engine. these bikes were the business back in the late 1980s. Various magazines have published articles about them over the years. including Performance Bikes and Classic Mechanics. All agree the combination of the RG250 aluminium chassis and running gear. mated with the powerful RD350 YPVS engine made for an amazing bike. I have owned this bike for 8 years. but with work commitments and an existing collection of other two strokes. I just don’t get time to ride it. Whilst it’s a good honest bike. there are a few jobs to do to it. There is no speedo. it has a few cracks in the bodywork and a small dent in the tank (see photos). I spent over ?1. 00 on maintenence a few years ago to get it back on the road but since then has been off the road. New tyres chain and sprockets. clutch lever and cable. brake lever and pads. footrests. ignition coil and electrical work. No MOT and currently SORN. The YamaGamma is a piece of 1980s history and highly collectable. so ideal for a two stroke nut or collector. Cash on collection only.   No Paypal. No returns. No overseas bidders please.
