I always pack the bikes myself. use only certified crates plus new packing-materials and deliver the crated machines in person at the Antwerp warehouse of the shipping-company (see images) Furthermore I pay for having every shipment insured against damage or loss during the complete process of handling and sailing.
Of course I will inform you about the complete process of shipping and provide you all the information you need from the beginning on and send you pictures of the process of packing and actual delivery at the Antwerp port as soon as these processes are completely done.
