BETA 350RR EFI 2015 The Beta RR Enduro project continues to grow and improve. boosted by successes on the racetracks and by the great commitment of the technical and R&D departments in Rignano sull’Arno. The RR Enduro 2015 models are lighter and more agile. and their great power and torque are more easily controlled. They are the ideal bikes for enthusiasts and the winning solution for victory

The design of the engine is completely new from the main engine cases up to the cylinder head. showing off the talent of the Florentine manufacturer’s abilities as well as their commitment to research and development. The BETA RR 4T 350  is equipped with an engine that has been totally reworked. both in terms of aesthetics and performance. The total weight has been reduced by 1. 5 kg (3. 3 lbs). Keynew features include:

New die-cast central crankcases and new covers – lighter in weight and internallyredesigned to house a new. simpler and more effective oil-pump drive system. An oil-pump drive gear has been eliminated. and some ribs that stiffen the engine block have been introduced.

· crankshaft – totally redesigned (new connecting rod and crank halves) to reduce therotating mass which greatly improves the agility and feel of the bike on tight trails. · piston – lighter yet stronger by using Formula 1 car technology with a box-in-box design. The piston has a box structure which allows the shape to stay consistent as enginetemperatures change. This design also reduces engine vibration while increasinghorsepower. · piston pin – coated with DLC treatment to minimise friction and wear. · camshafts – developed with a new profile to boost low speed performance and to providecontinued smooth power delivery throughout the midrange.

· cylinder – new water-jacket design to dissipate heat more efficiently. The new design is also lighter and more compact. · cylinder head – completely reworked ports to improve airflow. The combustion chamber has been redesigned to perfectly match the new piston.

· starter – more powerful and lighter weight. · balance shaft – now lighter. · clutch – racing version provides smoother engagement.
