Mobylette 50cc moped Never been registered rare project

1970 Mobylette49ccI bought this moped about 2 years ago. It has never been on the road. and has a genuine 86 km on the clock! Not 860km its 86km!!!So it literally isn't run in yet!Not sure how this has come about. but im 100% sure that the mileage is genuine. as the usual parts of a bike that get damaged/rusty first (under mud guards. tyres etc)Are all like brand new. you can see in the pictures that the paint under the mudguard on the rear wheel is like brand new!I bought the bike with no paperwork. and it has no number plate. so because of these things and the extremely low mileage. I assume the the bike has never been registered. The bike was running great and I have ridden it on private land. however the nut that holds the clutch in place must have bee slightly loose as it fell out and I couldn't find it. So I haven't had the bike running for about 6 months. And its just been sat in my workshop gathering dust.
