Although this moped has been listed as used it has never been used nor even registered. i have just gone through the process of trying to register it and it has taken me over two years and i can't deal with the stupidity of the DVLA staff any longer as they can't understand its a first registration not a new registration. it has to be registered as a 99 plate or a Q plate which seems more likely but my son is now 18 and wants a car. the moped has been garaged for last 5 years but has suffered a few minor nicks to paint all of which are visible on photos along with small amount of surface rust on kick start and stand. it has also lost a wing mirror. a brand new battery has just been added and it runs like a new bike should. Mopeds with this mileage and registered are fetching upwards of ?900 and it only costs ?75 and a little patience to register. I have all you need including Nova. V55. V265 and manufacturers certificate. I welcome any questions
