Cannondale S440 Factory Supermoto not X440 C440 or E440

This is my 2003 Cannondale Supermoto. The bike is a real S440 that came with supermoto specific ohlins suspension. huge brembo brakes. behr wheels with talon hubs. They made a very limited amount of these bikes so it's a true collectors bike. I also have the original silver tail and the S440 Cannondale radiator shrouds included in the auction.  I did not want to scratch the originalsHere's some background on the bike: I bought it back late 2003 right when Cannondale went out of business right here on eBay.   It came from a dealer in New Jersey and was never registered nor did I title it.  I used it just on the track thus no need for me to register it.  I did a couple years of kart track days and some Supermoto USA races here in norther California.  The motor went south in 2006 and I had it rebuilt out in Pennsylvania to a 450 kit. Updated all the bolts to stage 8 etc.  I then moved to Salt Lake. I got back out on it for a few times. Did some track days out in Salt Lake at the Miller track (great track by the way) and then I put it in the garage.  Fast forward about 5 years. I moved back to SF and now have a kid.  Thus I'm selling all my Cannondale stuff. The bike hasn't been started in 4 or 5 years. It could just need a fresh battery and some gas. I don't really know but I can't guarantee anything.  My loss is your gain. Bike is sold As-Is.  I could part the bike out for double the money but don't have time. Plus I feel the S440 needs to be kept in one piece.
