Indian Italjet Mini Mini Bambino Vintage Bike Collector

Here’s a cool little bike. Not sure of year. mileage. and no title.

I stripped the bike down to the frame. disassembled the steering bearings and forks – cleaned them up. and they are in good working order. Left the original paint on the forks and frame.

Wheels turn nice. brakes work. rims and hubs have surface rust – I wiped some off with WD40. Tires are original I think and are in good shape – hold air and have tread.

I did not see any cracks or bends in the frame or swingarm.

Shocks are original and function.

Levers are in good shape – no cracks. not stuck. and clamp fine. Throttle assembly turns normal. no cracks and clamps fine. Has original brake and clutch cables.

Handlebars have rust.

Rear fender is original I think (does have dents) and the front fender is cool. but not correct. Seat has some tears in the cover.

The engine turns free **There is NO piston on the crank. The cylinder bore is clean. crank looks good. no fins missing on the cylinder or head. Two head fins (front left) do have some small chips at the very top.

Obviously missing the clutch and mag covers. Centrifigul clutch assy is missing.

The stator looks clean under the flywheel and the points move. I did not pull the flywheel off.

Pipe is solid and the shield has fresh chrome.

Front number plate has the original Z spring and is pretty straight.

I cleaned the inside of the tank. solid **but has 6 pinholes on the right side near the petcock – needs repair or lining or make it cool shelf art.

I think these are the original footpegs/kickstand – springs work well. nothing stuck.

This bike came with training wheels (I will list on another auction).

I have misc other Italjet parts…maybe something you need. Will list a rare Indian fiberglass trials tank/seat on another auction.
