Jincheng Monkey Bike Honda Dax 90 Replica

2002 Honda Dax 90 Replica only covered 1616 kilometres from new with only one previous owner.  Supplied new by Monkeybikes. com.  I bought it back in 2009 to put inside my Campervan and use as transport when on a campsite.  Well like all good ideas. we never really used it much over the last 5 years and it's been sat in the garage for some time now.  I had it MOT'd when I bought it on the 2nd June 2009 when it had only done 1291 kilometres. used it that summer and put it back in the garage where it sat until 27th March 2012 when I MOT'd again with only 1501 miles on it. !!It's now covered 1616 miles but unfortunately the rubber hoses around the carburettor have started to perish (see photo) so I don't want to start it in case the fuel leaks onto the exhaust and catches fire. It ran perfectly when I parked it up back in 2012 so I see no reason why it won't run again with fresh petrol and some new hose. For this reason I'm selling it as a non runner and will be sold as seen.  If I had the time I would buy some new pipes a fix it myself but I work 6 days a week and just don't get any spare time.  It needs to go we need the space in our garage (not that it takes up much but the other half keeps telling me to "get rid of it if you don't use it"). So here it is. I'm happy to show anyone who is interested around the bike but I wouldn't recommend trying to start it due to the perished fuel pipes. Oh. and before you ask. there is no buy it now and I won't ship it to Nigeria and I won't post it anywhere. ! Cash on collection. Genuine eBayers only please. Happy bidding ;-)
