BMW F650 GS Twinspark Motorcycle

The bike is currently a non runner due to an electrical problem.   It was stored in a dry lock-up for almost 3 years and before that it ran fine.   I recently got the bike out of storage and found that it would crank but refused to start.   I called in a mechanic that checked out the wiring system.   He pointed the problem to an ECU as it had PIN27 power in missing.   I purchased and fitted a new ECU but still it would crank but would not run.   I fitted new plugs but I do not have the confidence myself to pull wiring around as its not my thing.   The bike is generally in very good order. nbsp;all lights and indicators work along with the horn. brake lights and instrument panel lights.   The wheels are in good order with no dings or buckles.   All spokes are tight and in good order as are the body panels and seat.   The chain sprockets will need replacing.   The tyres are also good. So all in all it has no MOT or Tax and is currently being sold as a non runner.   It has covered 18. 75 miles. it comes with Verio side boxes and BMW Top Box. also in good order.

I will not break the bike as it is too good. it has an electrical problem. it's as if the machine is immobilised and will need an auto electrician to pinpoint the fault.   You will have to make your own mind up on this one.

You are most welcome to view the bike.   Also feel free to bring an auto mechanic.   I have the old ECU as well as I've been told it can be repaired. I also have the invoice for the new ECU.

Just to clarify the bike is a non runner. it has no warranty. there are no returns on it and it is sold as seen.
