2002 Simson .050 SC, S53, Enduro very rare collectible only 10Km

Thinning out my collection to fund another project. This bike is a Simson SC. 050. superceded by the the S53. It was stored for 13 years until I purchased it. it had never had gas or a battery in it. This is the last year Simson made bikes. as their factory in Suhl East Germany shut down in 2002 after over a hundred years of production. This bike was imported for show purposes to try to gain interest of starting dealers in the United States. No paperwork is available. The bike itself it a 50cc. 4 speed manual clutch with a kick start. It has a new battery and is in excellent condition. Premixed gas for reliability. front hydraulic disc brakes with rear drum. The bike runs great with a top speed of over 45 Mph. this is the same reliable engine that Simson used for decades in their scooters. I do have original brochures. sales pamphlets and parts catalogs that will be included in the auction. Buyer to arrange and pay for shipping expenses.
