125cc Direct bikes Scooter/Moped RRP ?889

For sale a second hand 125cc Direct Bikes Scooter. I bought this bike in 2012 for ?899 to use for commuting to work. however after a change of work pattern this was no longer needed.

I have only used this bike over one spring/summer and has spent most of its life in my shed. this unfortunately has led to a bit of rusting to the exhaust and some screw heads.

There is a problem with the bikes fuel tap. which can cause the engine to shut out ONLY when sitting stationary. This was a problem from purchasing. however the company was a nightmare to deal with so eventually my Dad bypassed the tap and the only issue was that I had to keep the revs up at traffic lights and when the bike comes to a stand still. You can get new taps on eBay for about ?5 and if you have bike knowledge (unlike myself!) I have been informed that this is something easy to fix. There are also a few scratches on the right hand side. see photo.

I enjoy riding this scooter and for ?5 petrol you could ride this to the moon and back!!

The bike is currently SORN. So legally this bike can not be test driven before being taxed.
