Hello. ou are looking at my personal bike. but I am also a car dealer so if you prefer me to do the tax tag and title I can. however there is a $345 fee I must charge if we do that. or you can just get the title and do it yourself. This is a Factory built Chopper by a company called RPM. (who is out of business just like Big Dog and many others) What that means. unlike many choppers this one is not home made and the VIN number is not considered Assembled from parts like many others. So for all of you that are shopping for choppers. if the VIN says ASPT and a number after that. that means ASSEMBLED FROM PARTS and NO BANK WILL FINANCE IT and NO INSURANCE WILL INSURE IT. Those bikes you can find for anywhere from $6. 00-50. 00 depending on the custom work and originality. This bike has 17 digit VIN and is fully financeable and insurable. On the second note. Choppers companies went out of business because they cost too much to built. Engine alone for this bad boy is $5000-6000 plus frame. plus tires. plus transmission plus everything else. So to build this bike it would cost probably between 25. 00-30. 00 and you still wouldn't get 17 digit VIN. I am selling it because I bough a Harley Davidson Electra Glide and I have no use for this one. It comes with BRAND NEW CLUTCH. Two sets of Exhausts. Two Seats and a battery charger.
