armstrong mt500 military enduro bike

Bought this bike from a friends brother as a non running project. he purchased the bike as a runner in 2007. decided to strip it down to tart it up and never got around to finishing it. I bought it with the intending to finish it and run it to work but don't have the time so it has to go. The engine turns over with compression. lights require connecting up as does the rectifier (cb250n rectifier upgrade) Front Tyre sidewall is cracked. rear Tyre is good. The bike is being sold as a non runner for spares or repairs but shouldn't take a great deal of time or money for the right person to put it back on the road. I have the V5 its a C reg and also have the full technical manual and key for the bike.
