Pulse Scout 50cc Moped/Scooter for spares or repair

I am auctioning a moped/scooter. it is only 9 months old but the engine has seized so it is being auctioned for spares or repair. it did not start electrically for a little while before the engine seized completely. The exhaust came off ( after hitting a pot hole ) but was welded back on. rear tyre needs replacing. speedo does not work so miles on clock not accurate. One small panel missing plus many scratches and other marks. Ideal for someone who would like to repair it for roadworthyness or just for spares. I don't expect much for this and will not put a reserve on it. Will need to be picked up from near Rugby.
