This rare 1959 NSU Prima 3 KL would make a nice restoration project for someone with the time and expertise to bring this little beauty back to life. This scooter is definitely a non-runner as the engine (which is still in pieces. just as when I bought it over 10 years ago) is only realistically fit for spares. I had planned to change the engine for a modern twist and go - possibly a Suzuki Burgman 400 or similar but due a lack of time and work commitments. I have decided to sell on this project. The previous owner had started to restore it and painted the frame silver and changed various fasteners. As seen from the pictures. the body panels are covered in surface rust but are structurally sound. I did not receive any documents with the scooter and the new owner will have to apply for them.
