Rare 1954 250cc Panther model 65. V5C present on a none transferable number. Tax class needs changing to historic. so then it will be tax free. this you can do the next time its taxed down at the post office. the bike runs great and all the lights work. Theres no undue smoke or noise from the engine and it seems to pull around OK indicating that the clutch and gears are all good. The bike has a none standard BSA 8 inch full width hub front brake fitted. which helps stopping. Original chronometric type speedo fitted. The paintwork is a bit scruffy and a lot of it is brushed black. like the rims etc. I think that this has been a go to work bike and just kept in service. Since it runs good. it can be used as it is. or you could restore it. Tail light works. just missing a cover. The bike looks like its never been restored.
