This is a rare 2001 Simson MSA Spatz scooter with only 16 Km on it(under 10 miles). It is electric and kick start with a fully automatic CVT transmission with a top speed of 30mph. This Simson is looks. runs and rides as new. it is currently registered as a moped in Mi. Miles may go up since it is so fun to ride on nice days. These bikes were designed. engineered and built at the historic Simson plant in Suhl East Germany. which built motorcyles for over 50 years.
