1984 Derbi Variant SLE flat reed project moped

Selling some of my derbi collection this bike is a restoration project and not for the inexperienced. Buyers should know about derbi's and mopeds. If your not willing to turn a wrench this is not for you. But if your amopedperson you know this bike is a greatstartto a flatreed project /build.About the bike..1984 Variant flatreed project- Bike is 95%complete it has original cherry red paint and gold decals 7 star gold mags in great shape.Flatreed engine is complete and turns over top end is good but it needs a piston. Carb needs a shim.Bike needs general tlc and resto needs all the normal project stuff- needs front brake plate some levers chain some cables tires etc. General project stuff.This is a great project bike tostartwith flatreed derbi projects are well worth it and getting harder to find.This one just needs a good home.I reserve the right to end the auction as this bike is listed locally also.No shipping unless the buyer wants to set it up.
