Please supply us with your postcode to enable us to quote you for the cost of carriage to your highland or Island uk home. Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays only and between 8am and 6pm.  If you are not available to sign for the goods. our delivery agent will leave a card at your home. confirming that they have tried to deliver the consignment.  The card will have contact details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their local depot to you or to arrange a convenient time for them to re-deliver. at your own cost.  The goods will only be held at the carriers' depot for a limited period of time. We accept debit and credit cards. cheques or postal orders and Paypal payments.  Time must be allowed for cheques to clear before the item is dispatched. We will accept postal orders but they are at your own risk. You must send them to us by recorded delivery. ReturnsOur 14 day return policy is subject to your prompt action. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was dispatched to you.  All costs of carriage incurred by the buyer will not be refunded. Any item that has been dispatched for a period of 14 days or more will not be accepted for return. If you receive a damaged or faulty item we must be advised immediately. You have a duty of care. it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our confidence is such that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it we will offer you a full refund. or an exchange for another machine of the same value. You must notify us in writing within 14 days from the day after receiving your purchase that you wish to return the merchandise. The cost and responsibility of returning the machine to us. within a further 14 days. is entirely your obligation. Warranty

5 Years fully transferable parts and labour warranty.

The initial manufacturer?ˆ™s warranty applies for the first 12 month period. During this period. the manufacturer?ˆ™s service intervals and warranty conditions apply. After this period expires. services must be carried out every 2500 miles or 6 months from the date of the last service. whichever occurs first. To qualify for the 5 year warranty the vehicle must be serviced by Biker Warehouse for the duration of the warranty period from year one through to and including year 5. The Biker Warehouse warranty will match the manufacturer?ˆ™s warranty along with the manufacturer?ˆ™s exclusions.  ie reasonable wear and tear or misuse. See the manufacturers warranty book for the conditions.  The warranty does not cover breakdown recovery.
