2011 Scooter 150cc (legally a motorcycle)

I used this motorcycle for the two years in college, nd it works very well for non-highway driving, lthough it will reach 50+ mph. Affectionately named, Sparke", his little guy has served me well, ut it's time to move on.
As the engine is 150cc, his is legally a "motorcycle" under Illinois law, hich requires a class M license. If this is your first motorcycle, ou're in luck; it's much easier to pass the driving test with a small motorcycle like this one than a big Harley.
