Powell Streamliner Vintage Scooter Motorcycle 1941? Correct Lauson Engine

Powell Streamliner Scooter with correct Lauson engine. Engine model TLC 217-7 Engine serial 94493. I believe it to be 1941. See paperwork from original owner.Nice steel body. Turns over and has compression. No broken fins. Missing clutch internals and was missing front wheel. No chain. I installed a tempory wheel from a lawn mower to be able to move it around. I live 60 miles from the Portland Indiana scooter show held next week and a 2 1/2 hour drive to Wauseon Ohio motorcycle meet. Can deliver to Portland show.
