1955 Goggo 200 scooter rare hans glas gmbh running condition electric start 12v

Selling some of my collection of bikes I never ride.I bought this scooter in gemany in 2007 and shared a container with the moto museum in st. Louis to bring it over.This isone of the most sought afterGoggo scooters having the 12 volt system,electric start and the big 200cc Ilo engine.The engine starts right up and sounds good,lights and horn work,the transmission shifts easy,tires are good.This scooter has a great patina and can be used for a daily driver,it almost woud be a sin to restore and paint it.Metallic blue with hand painted orange pinstriping finished out with a bright red seat that also is original as are the keys for the seat and the ignition.A great example of the german postwar styling and engineering that seems to always work,kind of makes me homesick.The iconic design and rarety of this scooter makes this an investment grade vehicle.For questions or testrides please call 214/707 9525.I am using the auction format to find out what somebody wants to give,so I will not disclose the reserve.
