This famous British (made in London) 1960 350cc Matchless G3 model has never been restored and is after 55 years still in afairly decent condition.
The odometer reads 8562 mile (only have nothing to back this up with) though the engine Really sounds like it must have done on day one, eaningthat it's really ticking like a clockwork when on idle and roaring like a Lion as soon as the throttle is getting twisted!
The paint and chrome are showing age and the fact that the bike has been around for already over five decades, he correct rear-tire (DUNLOP ROADMASTER TT100) is with the bike and if you want can be put on before the bike is getting shipped.
Something also very interesting about this machine is that it has, ntil a few years ago, pent it'slife inLondon, nly 15 minutes away from where it was born.
This Featherbed-frame version of the G3 model is really hard to find, n the 36 years that I'm being a classic motorcycle dealer (and having sold MANY Matchlesses), his is actually the third one I was able to lay my hands on.
With the bike is a clear European (Belgian) title and an official bill of sale from my company here in Belgium.
