OVERVIEW
I don’t sell as many bikes as I used to 10 years ago, ut we come across one that is as nice as this Ultra Chopper is, HAD to get it!
Just two owners since new, nd only a touch over 10,000 miles make this bike a super clean example of FACTORY BUILT Chopper, ith some cool upgrades to separate it from the pack.
It is being offered at NO RESERVE to the highest bidder, nd I will gladly listen to offers if you have to have it!

CONDITION REPORT
A lot of our exotic car business is done on a Dealer-to-Dealer wholesale basis, nd one of the New Car stores we deal with called us to buy this Chopper that was coming in on trade. When I saw it sitting on the showroom floor, knew I would leave with it, ecause it was just too nice to pass up!
It is a 2006 Ultra Motorcycle Company ST300 Intimidator Softail Chopper, nd it is a VERY nice bike that is ready for a new owner.
Just over 10,000 miles on this machine from two careful owners, nd it rides as nice as it looks.
The bike has a single downtube frame with 40 degree rake, .5” backbone, nd 8” of downtube stretch.
Ultra designed this machine to be CENTER BALANCED, o the fully engineered chassis has NO MOTOR OFFSET, aking it ride like a normal bike instead of listing to the side like a lot of “backyard builds”.
The frame is powder coated for durability, nd has held up beautifully over the last 10K miles!
This bike has the addition of an incredible American Suspension DRAGON SLAYER D-66B springer front end in Black Mamba finish with polished Decapitator trees and hardware. The 12” front end not only looks bad as all get out, t handles and rides AMAZING too!
Wet primary chain drive with rear belt drive, TRICK SHIFT 6-speed RSD (right side drive) transmission, nd a 3” BDL open belt drive all work together to get the monster 300/45-18 rear tire spinning, nd work without issue.
A 96ci S&S Super Stock engine has a 585 cam, ast rocker boxes, illet oil pump, langeless gear cover, nd was assembled at S&S prior to installation.
A SUPER B Carb fuels the machine, nd everything is working as it should.
A DAKOTA DIGITAL bar mounted information center provides everything from fuel and speed down to tach and warning lights.
It has been serviced with AMSOIL 20W50 since new, nd recently underwent a full safety check, OF, nd had an oil line drain hose replaced because it looked old.
The bike rides great, nd I have ridden it about 40 miles myself, nd will probably ride it 50 more if this rain ever stops down here in Florida!
It starts right up with a push of the button, dles clean, nd is ready to ride whenever you are.
Power is smooth and steady, nd it pulls easily in each gear like all S&S engines do. No hiccups, o slip-ups, nd no issues.
Shifts are crisp and clean up and down, nd the clutch take-up is smooth and sure.
Braking is solid and sure, nd the bike does not pull, ive, r have any weird modulation when under hard braking.
It tracks straight and true, nd thanks to the balanced design and centered motor, ou can roll down the road with your hands off the bars and stay in your lane without issue. (Taking your hands off the bar is not condoned, nd is not recommended. Example provided for public notice only. Sorry! Don’t need a frivolous lawsuit).
I have had it up to about 80 and it doesn’t shudder, hake, r do anything unusual. It is VERY easy to handle, nd turns smoothly too. It is extremely well-balanced, nd you find yourself almost stopped at red lights before you remember to put your feet down!
The black finish on the bike is in very good condition, nd has only a few little minor marks and blemishes on it from normal riding. As stated above, he bike HAS NOT BEEN DETAILED, o you are seeing it as I got it. I am sure that a lot of the little marks I am talking about will disappear after you clean it and put some fresh wax on it, nd the marks that don’t are so miniscule it really won’t make a difference.
A custom sissy bar looks awesome, nd gives your passenger a bit of security for those inevitable hole shots you pull on this beast! There is also a suction mounted passenger pad that comes with the bike. It is black, as a stitched iron cross on it, s in very good condition, nd works like it should. I forgot to take a photo of it because I left it on my desk!
There are NO visible dents, ings, arge chips, r damaged areas on the painted surface of the bike, nd I would say that it is a solid 8 out of 10 right now, nd would jump up more after you detail it.
The billet parts on the bike are in clean, ndamaged condition, nd will look absolutely AWESOME after you detail the bike and hit them with your favorite aluminum polish and some elbow grease! No chips, ivots, r damage to be found, ust typical aluminum oxidation.
Chrome parts are really clean too, nd will detail up to look even nicer!
The only real chrome issue is the front hub, hich has cracked and flaked. You could easily strip it and powdercoat or paint it, et a new hub, r simply not worry about it and ride the dang thing. The rest of it all shows really well, ithout any flaking, racks, r damage.
Wheel rims are in great shape front and rear, s are the spokes. A quick detail on both will have them popping like new in no time.
Front tire has ample tread life remaining, ut the rear will need to be replaced fairly soon, s noted in our safety check. Since tires are a personal choice, nd the bike is being sold at NO RESERVE, e figured you can get your own when you get the bike home.
The headlight, igh beam, ail lamp, nd brake lights all work. Brake light switch is wired to activate on the handbrake only at this time, llowing for stealth stops using the foot actuated brake lever.
This bike is easy to insure and finance, ince it is a MANUFACTURER BUILT machine with a Federal 17 Digit VIN number. It is also eligible for export sales.
From what I can see, he MSRP on this bike was just under $40,000 in 2006, nd it has been well-maintained and taken care of since then. You can buy it for WHATEVER YOU WANT TO PAY, ecause this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION where the high bidder will win.
