Description

I have a 1956 James Cosworth / Commando bike. It ran when I parked it a few years ago. I had the "Sandy Bandit" here in Portland, regon help me with the carb and seat. This is a two-stroke bike, YI. Its a proper british motorbike, ear brake pedal is on the left and shift lever is on the right. It was extremely fun to ride once I got the hang of it. It is now time to sell and pass it on to someone else. I haven't tried to start the bike in the last few years, o i'm sure it will need to be serviced before ridden. I have checked the spark and it has plenty of bright blue spark. The gas tank petcock needs to be looked into, t leaks a bit. The carburetor does not leak fuel though. The engine still has plenty of compression, have not properly tested the compression. The clutch appears to have the original cork clutch plates, nbsp;they are still available and a inexpensive price. I have a clean and clear title for the bike. By adding a mirror and a rear tail light the bike can be made street legal, f so desired.
I can help with shipping arrangements if needed. Payment in full and all shipping costs must be paid for my the buyer.
