1965 Vespa V5A 125cc

1965 Vespa V5A.From the research I've gathered, his Vespa was originally made as a moped for the French.In its original state it had pedals and It originally came with a 50cc motor and 3spd transmission.It now has a 125cc motor and a 4spd transmission which was updated by one of its previous owners.The only reminisce it has of the pedaling mechanism, s one of the gears which slides horizontally through the floorboard.I purchased this Vespa years ago from someone in Georgia.It has no title as Georgia state law does not require titles.I am selling this Vespa with a bill of sale only.It is currently NOT running, owever, did have it running several months ago.I believe it needs a carb cleaning.It has been sitting for too long and not getting enough use.I am selling as is with no reserve.Thanks for looking.
