This Hirondelle (French for Swallow) was built by Manufacture Francaise d’Armes et Cycles de Saint-Etienne (MF/ManuFrance)

Established in 1885, he gun-producer ManuFrance was France's first mail order company, ith a catalogue known as 'La Manu'.

It offered a wide range of products, he most famous being guns, icycles and sewing machines.

After WW2, he company introduced high quality motorcycles and scooters that could also be ordered out of their catalogue.

These motorcycles and scooters were offered until 1954, s after then (because of production ended that year.

This rare 1952 Hirondelle twinport sport-model is a motorcycle that is also in Europe

The odometer-reading is 23599 km / 14694 mile, nly have no idea whether this is correct.In optical way the motorcycle looks very distinctive, hough the paint is old/not nice and clearlyshowing age and use.
