Original WWII Era Brockhouse Corgi Welbike British Scooter Motorcycle

Rare Original British Corgi Welbike from World War II Era. This scooter is not in running condition, ut the motor does rotate. The motor has "Excelsior Spyr" on it and a plate that shows it is a "Brockhouse product" and that it was made in England. The first Welbikes that were made had a single bar riser for the handlebars and were used by paratroopers in WWII.Based on my research, his particular scooter was either made toward the end of WWII or after the war. I am not sure what year this scooter is.It has "4027" and some other letters and numbers on the tree. This particular scooter is missing the gas tanks, he tires are flat, nd the seat cover is coming off. The consignor believes everything on this scooter is original.
