Front Rim might be able to repaired. Rear hub is New Departure style A. Rear tire is very nice but cannot get air into it, ust be valve. Ogha horns works great. This modeluses the flat Gas tank style which gives the clue to the model for 1909for gas & oil, itted with what I call the lunch box on topfor battery & coil.Pretty sure this can be shipped out in two boxes UPS. Lever attached to intake is mainly for decompression. The intake tube has a coupling with friction fit from tube to 3/4" pipe thread. You then can ad any carb you wish.

If interested I do have new metal28"rims with tire & tubes. I have used many of these type of rims& work well if you intend to ridelong distance. The rims are black with gold stripe. The tires on the bike are very nice but will require either a new valve or a sealant to hold air for any length of time. They are not cracked or hard. I'm not in the market to sell these new style rimsbut would consider to sell a pair to the winning bidder of this auction. If you type in Us Scooter Museum you see what they look like on other bikes I have restored.
