1952 Zundapp DB202

For sale is a 1952 Zundapp DB202. The engine was completely rebuilt in 2014 and runs excellent. All the bearings and seals in the engine are new. If has new brake pads from Domiracer, ew wheel bearings, ew rear sprocket, ew chain, ew primary chain and a NOS carburetor from Germany. Spare parts included are 2 carburetors, new friction plates for the transmission, nd new gears. The gears in the bike were in such good condition that I did not change them out. All I put in the transmission when I had the engine apart was new bushings. The exhaust pipes are new from Domiracer and they are painted with 2000 degree stove pipe black. The previous owner had painted the bike OD green (for reasons unknown). The chrome under the black paint is like new and the paint come off VERY easy with acetone.
The speed odometer works but the mile odometer does not.
Electrical : New points and condenser, ll lights work, nd the generator works fine. You will need to buy a new battery. The one pictured on the bike is about dead.
I have an original owners manual and a reproduction part catalog for the bike which in included.I will be adding more photos as I keep finding more parts that I forgot I had.
I bought this bike with the intention of restoring back to it's original condition but now I've gotten into building large scale steam locomotives and I'm selling this bike to fit a new milling machine in my shop.
The 1942 Zundapp Ks750 in the background is NOT for sale.
Ignore the "local pickup only" - If the bike needs to be shipped, will work with your shipper in anyway I can. Of course, ocal pickup is fine as well.
