Dealer reserves the right to, btain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. *Buyers Inspection: Dealer has done its best to disclose all information known about this motorcycle. Buyers are welcome to visit the dealership for personal inspection. If you plan to inspect the motorcycle, lease make sure it occurs prior to the auction ending.

BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK PERTAINING TO THE CONDITION AND OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, NCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE. BUYERS MUST SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS HEREIN PRIOR COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THE MOTORCYCLE.

*Taxes and Registration fees: Buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, nd city taxes, roof of insurance, nd fees, f any, s well as title service fees in order to register the motorcycle. All taxes and fees must be paid in full prior to a motorcycle being delivered, itled, nd registered. State laws vary. Buyers are responsible for shipping if Buyer is unable to take delivery at Dealer’s location.

*Title Information/Payments Verified: In the State of Florida, itles to vehicles are held as collateral for loans by banks or lenders. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time of motorcycle pay-off. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks, ealer will hold the motorcycle and title until funds have fully cleared.

*Finalizing the Purchase: Dealer will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes with further instructions including instructions on executing Dealer provided paperwork to complete the sale which must be signed by Buyer and delivered to Dealer to consummate the transaction. 10% deposit is due 48 hours after the close of the sale. All motorcycles are located in Dealer’s showroom and are available to the public to buy until the winning bidder’s deposit is received by Dealer.
