Vintage 1962 CZ Jawa Model 453 125cc Motorcycle

Up for saleis a1962 CZ/Jawa Model 453 125cc motorcycle. I pulled this bike out of storage where it sat for the last 25+ years. It was owned by the prior owner since 1976. Frame #31331 Engine #04116 The bike is pretty clean. It has the typical wear for a 50+ year old bike. The tank has a couple of dents on the outside. The inside of the tank will need to be steamed. I don't think its rusty, ts just had old fuel in it. The seat needs recovered, ut the pan is solid. The side covers are intact, ut the left side will need the hinge reaattached. The front and rear fenders are solid, ut look to have bumped a few things in their life. The headlight and speedometer assembly has been removed and replaced with a different light. I could not get this bike to kick over. It was in storage for a long time, o I don't know if the rings or bearings have some surface rust and are stuck, r if it has deeper issues. I have never had the bike apart, o I have no idea. The carbmoves freely as does the throttle tube. ?The bike rolls well and shifts into and out of gear. The brake levers work and it feels like the brake components work as well. The wheels and hubs are in pretty nice shape. I have too many projects and this one is not a priority. Overall a pretty decent survivor vintage Jawa/CZ. I do have a title for this bike. The title shows this bike being a 1962. The data plate on the neck is missing the number "2" on the data plate. It was never stamped. Looking at the pictures you will see what I mean. I don't think it is a problem, ut wanted to put it out there.

I do nothave any keys for this bike.
