2004 SMC Quadzilla Ram 250 Stinger Road Legal Quad Bike

Hello and welcome to my auction of my smc quadzilla ram 250 quad bike. i bought this quad in november last year. it had not been on the road for a few years. had no lights etc so i set about getting it road worthy again. it is the twin carb model so has plenty of power. overall its relatively tidy. the frame had been painted black by hand by the previous owner. its a ok job. few marks here and there but presentable. the bodywork has also been spray painted. there is a few areas where the paint has lifted and i have tried to show this in the pictures.  i haven't had much use out of it since rebuilding as i passed my motorbike test and have since bought a bike so the quad has took a back seat. when i bought it it had an extended rear axle and wheel spacers to make it more stable. when putting it back together it was treated to the following :-new carbs! new a arm bushes. new wurtz wide handlebars. new custom fitted larger rear grab bar (ideal for pulling yourself out of mud when you get stuck!) lights all round. twin round brake/tail lights to match the twin circular front. 36t rear sprocket for longer gearing and a new gold DID chain. top quality nano tech oil. iridium spark plugs. new mirrors. new battery. custom fitted k&n pancake filter in original position under seat to avoid water ingress (sounds lovely). custom fitted Vance and Hines titanium rear silencer (original included). twist throttle conversion (much easier than thumb with the twin carbs). twist throttle interferes with parking brake. i leave it in gear. but for next mot will need to be converted back to thumb throttle so the parking brake can be applied (all parts come with quad to do this)any brackets i have had to make and bolts used were stainless steel wherever possible to avoid rusting from off road use. it will also come with loads of spare bits which are pictured last it includes brand new nerf bars of a 300cc quad. will require a bit of modification to fit. if you would prefer not to they should be resalable for upwards of £35. spare rear swing arm with standard axle. 40t sprocket and brake disc (was  toying with the idea of extending the swing arm before i lost interest)i took off the speedo when i was rebuilding as i prefered the stripped back off road look. the mot shows in 2007 the mileage was 2522. when i took it off it was on 2750. i have a waterproof phone holder that clamps to the handlebars and an app on my phone that uses gps to tell your speed. i will include the case and inform you of the app for your phone :). runs lovely. plenty of power. cosmetically it isn't brand new. i have tried to show this in pictures. the chrome is coming away the engine in places and the paint job isn't perfect. but if your after something fun to enjoy on the roads or green lanes you will struggle finding anything better than this for the money. it turns heads everywhere it goes. viewing available prior to auction end. please just message to arrange. any questions please don't hesitate to ask. please don't bid if you don't intend to buy. i have tried to be honest in my description and i ask you to be so in your bidding. hanks
