DESCRIPTION OF WORK DONE

-        Chassis and other body parts such as side panels and front mudguard nicely dented and we make a rough fixing of bodyline to check the cemetery.

-         In this stage we mainly check the frame is not to be rotten from the front bottom. from the rear no. plate and from the sides where the side panels to be fixed.

-   Then we do the sand blast on  the body parts of the scooter. to take the complete rust out and with the sand blasting its easy to check all the rotten parts which we will replace with new ones.

-         On the scooter. before painting we do the primer antirust coating on frame. Then we do painting with two component paint with lacquer finish on top with a hardener coating.

 -   Now after painting our professional mechanic does all the fitting with each and every washer.      

REFIT ENGINE WITH FOLLOWING CHANGES:

-       Change the oil seals and bushes of the engine too.

-        Gear box checked sprockets with shims in gear box for better working and good sound.

-         Engine fully working

-         Changed the rubbers

-         Wheel rims are painted

-         Electrics with switches. head light. back light. combine unit. and regulators.

-     -Handle bearings. cup and cone sets.

WHEN THE SCOOTER IS READY WE CHECK THE SCOOTER AND MAKE RIDE TO MAKE SURE EVERY THING IS IN ORDER

-   Imported to UK

-    We will provide original overseas logbook with NOVA issued by HMRC for     registration

     -     Call DVLA for Registration of imported classic scooters : 0300 790 6802

           -     It is a good scooter with few scratches and chipping can be easily repainted
