AJS 1929 M4 DeLuxe Sporting Model

1929 3. 49hp De Luxe Sporting Model. My M4 is Banbury eligible and in lovely oily rag condition. Starts stops and runs fine having been the subject of a renovation back in the 1970's. Recently repatriated from Denmark. with Danish papers. I am reluctantly selling now due to a change of circumstances. Nova application to HMRC has been returned and I applied directly to DVLA to register bike yesterday (10th Oct) and to receive a reg number. which will be through in a few weeks. All paperwork now sorted out so the new owner can simply enjoy the bike. Being an oily rag machine please expect the odd oil leak here and there - she is 85 years young after all - but the head gasket is solid and the oil circulation and return both excellent. Magneto working fine. & produces excellent spark. Never had lights on so condition of dynamo (in magdyno) unknown. This lovely saddle tank motorcycle will require loving attention to keep her as she is. as it would be a shame to restore back to factory condition. A beautiful 350cc side valve and extremely rare to find these days. She will be sadly missed by her current owner.
