direct bikes 125cc 180cc scooter spares or repair

for spares or repair is my direct bikes 125 scooter that was working fine until I took the engine out to fit a 180cc big bore kit and performance head. then I fitted the engine and now it has no spark! everything else electrical works and the engine cranks over with tons of compression. the carb has been jetted and comes with a brand new k&n airfilter. also comes with the standard 125 kit. standard carb jet. nbsp;air box. 2 keys and full log book in my name. I have now passed my bike test and have a bandit 600 so no need for this as it is literally collecting dust!

usually when the key is turned it gets 1 spark at the plug and that's it. also a few wires from the generator got abit hot when cranking and melted the plastic wire cover slightly. should be a cheap easy fix (suspected magneto or cdi unit) as theres not much more to go wrong! the front head light panel needs to be repaired as the fixing lugs have broke off.

3307 km on the clock. 2 owners still taxed till 30/11/2014 not sure about mot. this little scooter will clean up well and be a good bike once fixed grab a cheap commuter.
