Polaris had safety in mind when they put the Sportsman Outlaw 90 together for youth riders. They have provided an 89cc four stroke engine that is air cooled and runs with a 4 inch ground clearance. It has an electric start and a parent adjustable speed limiter. a safety tether and a safety flag as well.
