Moto Morini Kanguro

Here we have a rare beast a Moto Morini Kanguro in need of some love and care to bring it up to its former glory. I brought this bike about 9 months ago to have a go at doing up when i finished doing up my twin shock montessa . which is still in bits. lol . Due to lack of time and work and family commitments  i think i have to be realistic and let it go to someone with more time and a bigger shed than me. The bike has never been registered in this country and its believed to have been imported in about 1999 the bike its self is about 1980 the frame number is 2LM-350X-08740Good bitsThe guy that had the bike before me spent £230 having the rear shock re built he also over hauled the carbs to get the bike running  photo 10 shows the receipts for both he also renewed the cam belt which i also have a receipt for . The bike runs very nicely i tried to fire the bike up today but it wouldn't have it i will drain the carbs and put some fresh fuel in before the auction ends i am confident it will run fine The bike is pretty much complete as far as i can tell see photo 11 i think every thing that's not fitted to the bike is there Not so good bits The clutch is seized and hence the bike is unrideable  the clutch cable is also unserviceable there is a new clutch lever with the bike The rear brake needs attention The speedo cable is missing Fork seals Rear tyre worn The fuel tank is a bit rusty see photo 7I started looking into the availability of parts for the bike and found that most parts can be obtained from NLM North Leicester Motorcycles.  All in all an unusual but complete bike that would be a good restoration project for some one.
