3800 Velosolex reducing collection Motor Caravan French Moped Motobecane

A very rare Velosolex 3800 . This is one of the last French Built Velo Solex. produced by Motobecane. nbsp;These are by Far the best of the Solex. the build quality is far better than previous models. and they are slightly faster. nbsp; Making them ideal for someone who wants a classic French Moped to use every day or Holidays. This one is the rarer Red Version and has just had a full service. including new plug and fuel pump diaphragm; tyres are good and usable (I can supply and fit new tyres for the winning bidder about £55 for both) . I am a time honoured Motorcycle Mechanic. having served my apprenticeship at Archers of Aldershot some 50 yrs ago. it starts very easy. These are reputed to average in the region of 300 miles to the gallon. I am downsizing my collection so will be listing more in the future
