For auction here is a 1958 Velocette Venom in excellent condition. The bike has its current V5C present and is on a none transferable registration number. The bike is classed as historic. so is tax free. but is still displaying a tax disc which is valid to the end of next May. It will also be MOT exempt at this age. The bike its self is in very good working order and decent condition. Its not mint. but its very very presentable. The paintwork and chrome work is generally good. nice wheels. all rebuilt and only one mark on the exhaust. The paintwork is good as is the guards and the whole appearance of the bike gives the impression of a machine that has been looked after as indeed it has. The bike starts easily and runs really well. with no undue noise or smoke from the engine. It pulls well. has a nice crisp note to the exhaust and is a pretty rapid machine. All the clutch and gears are fine as are the brakes etc. It all lights up and its charging. This bike has been used regularly. the last owner reports to me that its been "ultra reliable" in his words and this bike is pretty much a ride away and use as is prospect. Its a very nice and well sort after classic machine. This one features an alloy barrel and head. This is a genuine Venom with all correct numbers and in very very good working order. Its not been knocked up out of bits and its not been kept on a shelf. Its a good working bike. Viewing is welcome. 01246 411977 for an appointment. Collection is preferred although I can arrange for delivery within the mainland UK by courier for £100. Finally. if you bid. you buy. no tyre kicking excitement afterwards. and no dreamers. I am looking for a pre war bike if you have one.
