DKW - stands for Deutsche Kraft Wagen - it turned later into AutoUnion - Trademark was the four silver Rings - and it's known today as AUDI - where the four rings remain to this day. You are looking at a beautiful vintage DKW Hummel ( Bumblebee ) DKW introduced this Moped in 1956 and it became an instant hit - It is famous until today. This bike is all original and untouched with a beautiful Patina and running. The Stand is a little loose. It has been registered until recently in Germany and you'll receive the original Tag. This is another small bike of historical significance and I'll attach the histrorical background of this nice example of an authentic German - DKW Hummel. This Bike is very rare and it might just be the only one you'll be able to find anywhere!!It comes with a complete Repair Manual. it's in German but the pictures. the illustrations and the engine details are just stunning to see.
