My neighbour has recently found this scooter and has asked my help to identify it and sell. It is an extremely poor state and has obviously been out doors for some time. Various parts are missing and it is quite rusty. However I can see that the registration number was 799TAF which makes it pre 1963. It looks Italian to me and the only identification I can see is a plate "Made under license incorporating Bianchi patients"
So there we are then. An early Italian scooter. possibly a BIANCHI for a (brave) restorer or perhaps spares / repairs for someone. Any assistance with further information gratefully received.
