RUPP L-100 MINI CYCLE MOTOCROSS FUJI F500 MINT RESTORED MINI BIKE

Here is a nice restored 1973 Rupp L-100 mini cycle! Serial number on the rear shock mounting plate is 3 201670. The frame and swing arm has been professionally repainted in automotive grade paint. as was the fuel tank and fenders! The chrome has all been redone with a few added touches here and there. like the triple tree nut. the handlebars. the handlebar mounting u-bolts. the footpegs. the rear brake rod. the kickstand spring. the rear sprocket. and the exhaust guard. NOS Speaker headlight. NOS front fender. NOS Eaton fuel cap. and NOS throttle assembly. A set of polished aluminum hubs were laced into a show chromed set of Sun Metal rims using re-zinced spokes. Tires are NOS IRC 17?ˆ? front and Carlisle 16?ˆ? rear. There are a few sidewall knobby cracks in the rear tire. The wheels spin straight and true! The Showa lower fork legs were polished and assembled with NOS upper fork tubes?ˆ¦super hard to find parts these days! The engine is the Fuji F500 100cc 5 speed. It starts right up and runs perfect and shifts through all 5 gears as it should and doesn?ˆ™t skip or jump out of any gear. The engine may have been NOS or all NOS parts went into the assembly of the engine. Anybody familiar with these engines knows that 2nd gear was notorious for cracked gear teeth that would render 2nd gear useless. The exhaust pipe on this bike is mint?ˆ¦no dents or dings and it sits correctly in the frame. The only parts not as original are the rear shocks. but they are the correct length?ˆ¦just a tad stiffer than the stock Showa units. A total of 5 miles was put on the bike to test it and make sure everything was adjusted. I will not disassemble the bike to ship. you can pick it up or have a transport Co. come and get it.
