Urban DZ/ MP 125 2013 model excellent condition

I Purchased this bike as a part x 3 months ago for my car with the intentions of getting back on the road with a motorcycle but having been on it just 10-15 times I've realized I have lost interest in motorcycles having rode them for a number years and the enjoyment has now gone. This is the MP model it is the upgraded model which allows it to be converted into a supermoto. there is a website cjbikes. co. uk which list various parts available for the bike including replacement parts. so no worries about finding parts for the bike.  The bike has surprised me considerably as I did not expect this bike to be as reliable and smooth riding as it is. I have noticed these Urban Dz's have been selling for a number of years so the Chinese must finally be getting it right in terms of reliability and build quality as I cannot fault a thing on it. everything works as it should do. The bike starts first time every time and has both electric start and kick start. all electrics work perfectly battery is strong no issues. The bike has had 2 owners from whom one of those was CJ bikes who registered the bike in this country. The bike had been regularly serviced by the previous owner and has also been serviced by my friend who is a mechanic and has had a recent engine oil change with high quality Shell 10w40. I have started the bike every week to keep it warm and oils circulating and it starts off the first touch of the button. This will be a great commuter bike for someone to use daily for work as it is very cheap to run. reliable 4 stroke engine and low maintenance costs. many parts can be picked up on Ebay and CJ bikes. I filled it up at a cost of £8 a month or so ago and there is still petrol left so the tank should last a week or 2 if used daily maybe longer (very cheap). It still has 2 years MOT due to only being a year old and 6 months tax so no need to worry about additional costs. The plastics are in great condition no scratches as to be expected for a bike this new. tires have plenty of tread and overall is a nice clean bike. The bike has collected some partial rusting on the side of the bike and handle bar as shown on pic as well as exhaust and minor rust on some wheel spokes. The previous owner kept it outside uncovered hence the gathering of rust. the bike has been covered securely by myself since. The bike could do with some new front brake pads which can be purchased from the cj bikes website for £10. 50. The tires could do with some air having sat around for a while I will look to get the tyres pumped before sale. The bike comes with 2 sets of keys. V5 present. a bike manual. registration papers and a Number Plate Authorization Certificate. If you have any questions please ask.
