Tomos Classic XL 45 - Retro Blue Moped In Fabulous Condition

I was walking back from a night out in West London in May and I passed a bike shop with a large glass front. Apart from a few motorcycles and contemporary commuter scooters. I saw something that took me back 30 year to when I was a teenager; french exchanges. Gauloises. parties in the middle of the day and mobylettes. So there I was. staring at this baby blue Tomos. imagining myself as young man. sitting behind a beautiful french girl. being driven to her parents house. no helmets and not a care in the world. Suffice to say. I ended up doing a search on the internet the next day until I found it. A little later. on a Saturday in June. Tomos GB delivered the moped that you see here. I've only done 291 kms and loved every second of it. It's never been out in the rain and spent the rest of the time under protective cover. Apart from a couple of marks. which would easily come out. from the kickstart lever and a scrape on the outside of the left hand side foot peg. it is absolutely immaculate. You'll note that the mirrors are missing; I took them off the moment I got it so they're mint. Of course I have all the paperwork. the V5 and the tax doesn't expire until May 2015. I'm only selling as I'm 6'2" and 100 kgs and I'm going to buy a colleagues' Vespa T5 as the Tomos is a little underpowered on the steeper hills where I live. Oh man. I'll be sad to see her go.
