1985 ARMSTRONG MT500 Very complete & original project for light restoration

Great opportunity to acquire a restoration project Armstrong MT500. This bike came out of the Army in 1996 and has only had three owners since then. The bike will require restoration (it has been off the road for six years) but is a very good example for 'saving'.  Good running order. with a few easily rectified oil leaks. but a very complete & original bike. Engine number matches engine number stated on headstock plate.

The bike has full stainless exhaust system. carb upgrade. regulator upgrade. pannier frames and genuine original pannier bags (as pictured) which are VERY rare.  Engine runs very well so will not require total overhaul. V5 included.

In terms of sale-able. sought after components. when you add up the following. bikes in this condition can be worth £1100 in spares alone.
