General Description

The RFZ Racing Frame was designed in France for factory riders. all of the models share the same frame from the 125 open to the 150 Elite "s". Its tubular design offer maximum rigidity. nbsp;while the foot peg position and head stock angle are perfect for great handling and correct geometry.

The new Volt V2 race suspension offers increased travel with 770mm front forks complimented by compression and rebound adjustment. The rear comprises of a Volt V2 357mm shock with preload and rebound adjustment.

Am Racing CNC one piece billet hubs ( Elite S Model Only ) are fitted as standard with super strong Aluminium 7116 rims and a rim lock to the rear. Grip is provided by Kenda Carlsbad tyres.

Brake system has a large 220mm front disc on the front and a large twin pot front caliper and the the rear has a large 190mm disc and large single pot caliper.

RFZ plastics are designed to give the rider as much movement as possible. super thick graphics made in the uk by a leading graphics company are on all the models. (please see below for free name and number on the graphics)
