For Sale by Vincent Motorcycles LtdVery Very Rare 1950 Triumph TR5 square barrel Trophy. All matching numbers Eng / frame 3033 N with old and new style log books and Only 2 owners from new. Still has its original registration number HSC105 transferable and has been value alone at £3500. 00 by reg transfers. First registered to William Mackay Kingston rd Edinburgh 1st/ Jan / 1950/ who used this bike as a travelling marshal in the scottish 6 days trial. William owned this bike from 1950 to 1975 25 yrs then sold it on to the second owner from new Lawrence sutherland. Lawrence only used it a few times in 1975 then stored it away in a heated garage from 1975 to 2014 yes 39 yrs Until we purchased the bike. The triumph still has its 1975 tax disk on it and MOT from 1975 the last time it was used. We have just given the bike a full service / strip and check over with new gaskets / seals etc and fresh fuel / new battery it fired into life 2nd kick. Runs and rides very well with sweet engine and gearbox etc / starts first kick. As most people will know Genuine Grandprix Triumphs are very rare indeed. and this is a 2 owners from new all matching numbers bike with full history and documents.
